All orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Packaging & Handling

All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival:

Prints are shipped in sturdy tubes or flat-packed with protective backing.
Originals are wrapped securely with premium materials to prevent damage in transit.
Every order is handled with care to maintain the integrity of your artwork.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package size. Prefab77 ships worldwide from the UK.

Delivery times vary by location and local postal services.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Order Tracking

Whenever available, tracking information will be sent by email once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking for some international destinations may be limited.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

While we package all artwork securely, Prefab77 is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the limited-edition nature of our work, all sales are final. Prefab77 does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please ensure all product details, sizes, and specifications are reviewed before purchase.
